I had wondered what the ' YOUR FINANCIAL EDUCATION ' thing was about but couldn't find anything other than companies house info...
FE is linked to Payment central which RH was director of with Paul Dui, possibly he split with Paul and Paul stayed at Regent St running payment central, doggie daycare and financial education, while Richard went off to do his Passport stuff....

Job Responsibilities:

You will be:

1.) receiving round about 96 calls on a daily basis
2.) having an average handling time of 5 minutes for each call
3.) reading off a script which you are expected to memorize after a week’s training
4.) proactively participating in providing excellent customer service
5.) assigned to determine if each call is for an appointment or to be transferred to one of the senior consultants / other departments
6.) guiding the customer on how to properly fill in our booking form online
7.) on probation for the first three months of employment
8.) answering basic questions about passports and travel
9.) asking qualifying questions to each caller in order to determine if we can help them or not.

96 calls a day - times however many operators - 4 maybe? - that's a lot of potential £117.60's....

Going back to all those default judgements last year and thinking where the hell are those people? Just thinking out load here but could it be possible to be a well thought out scam to the degree where he has made up names and used addresses he knows. Then put claims in against the fictitious names and let them default on purpose so he could then use them on his scaremonger website or is that too far fetched ?

We believe this goes a long way to explain why we have such a collections issue and more court proceedings then the average company. We were also concerned by the number of user comments on one of Which.co.uk’s articles where a number of users were dispensing “advice” on how to resolve a dispute with our company when they not appear to be qualified to provide consumer or legal advice.

Does seem very unlikely - it'd cost him a fortune.

Or is this his idea of vanity publishing? Is THIS his masterpiece - the thing that's made him a feature on Radio 4, and the BBC Business website? 'Cause he sure as hell ain't gonna end up being famed for his business acumen ;-).

They do exist. Amethyst & BBC managed to track down some of those listed as having default judgments and one of them was featured in the BBC piece.

I also managed to confirm 3 of the default judgements were legitimate after speaking with the Bulk Centre
