  • Re: UK Services & Support Ltd BRITISHPassportServices Copycat Website issues

Hi I'd ticked the box on the court form for mediation but after explaining to the mediator that I wasn't willing to compromise I'm now waiting for the claim to be referred to the local court...bring it on!

That proves it: he has completely lost the plot.

'Other websites charge between £29 and £79 just for making an appointment - and they keep it.'

Richard, on the other hand, charges £117.60 for doing the same, BUT CALLS IT A VARIETY OF OTHER THINGS - and still KEEPS YOUR MONEY.

Seriously! Is this bloke for real? There are plenty of insults I could throw around, but won't, simply for the fact that, as pointed out previously, it is ILLEGAL to provide a picture of the Royal crest, which he AGAIN does at the beginning of the video. I am therefore reporting him for this offence!

And here is just one way to skin this particular cat, if anyone else feels the need, then you can report it to the Lord Chamberlains Office, which is the next email I will send.

"Trade Descriptions Act 1968Section 12 states that:

"If any person, in the course of any trade or business, gives, by whatever means, anyfalse indication, direct or indirect, that any goods or services supplied by him or anymethods adopted by him are or are of a kind supplied to or approved by Her Majestyor any member of the Royal Family, he shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, beguilty of an offence".

Correct me if I am wrong, but just after the video starts, there is quite clearly a depiction of the UK Passport, which obviously includes this crest, and I don't think that he has the right to use it!

Just for information, my letter reporting the offence has just been sent to The Rt. Honourable The Earl Peel DL (Current Lord Chamberlain) at contactholmember@parliament.uk. Remembering of course to put in the first line that it is for his attention.

Just one of the many ways to skin this particular cat. If anyone wants to make a difference, it is an added extra to stop this from happening to other people.

Hi all I have now joined the club Amethyst, I have received a formal court claim in todays post. How far have we got with a defence? The sum of money they are claiming has hiked up to £210 from their last text which was £152. I have no idea why it's been inflated again as I refuse to login to their account on me. The claim says they should send a breakdown of costs within 14 days of me receiving the court papers is that what they need to do?

                              Hi Mandid.

E-mail the claim to Amethyst at admin@legalbeagles.info and put 'Mandid' in the subject.

She'll then give you access to a restricted area to sort out your defence.
