Tools was just saying about those 4 to 1 meetings (remember those?), was it Amanda, Richard, Alex, Sam and Sabrina ( we know at least two of those are the same person, maybe 4 of them so maybe it was really a 50/50 vote - Richard said yes = 4 votes and Alex said No = 1 vote (for some reason I like to think Alex is the brains in the outfit ).

The text was from an agents personal mobile number, how odd..

They was using an automated system from there web site, and would guess that the fullprocess is automated . and its easy to disguise the number on a text.

Clearly sees Legal Beagles as a direct threat to his business model. However, as the user names don't give enough info to directly identify those who conspire against Richard and his quorum he may well be trying to draw out the idents by sending texts to see if users post up the results..... :tongue2:

I've no doubt they are watching this site, and that today's texting/emailing was to try and match ID's on here to claims. Probably, as I said, to backtrack through comments and look for weaknesses/admissions that could either help them prepare a defence or find grounds to put further pressure on.

I am to tick the box saying NO to mediation? I am not totally sure I received the N180 I have the "directions questionnaire" and I ticked yes to mediation and scanned and sent it to email address. Have I dun goofed?

Also there are SIX of us all with court cases that is insane. From what I read online people who actually paid were then refunded by their credit card companies! I really don't want a CCJ against me as I want to get a mortgage this year. At the same time I think its gone too far to pay up to these tw@ts. At least I feel better there are six people in the same boat.

If the CC companies are refunding payments made, do you realistically think Captain Scarlet and his merry band stand a 3 legged hedgehog on a motorways chance?

On LB we almost always advise you tick "yes" to mediation (even if it won't work) as it makes you look better. However, in these cases we are advising you tick "no".
Don't worry, if you have ticked yes and sent the form off already there's nothing wrong ... you'll have a chance at mediation (where you can state you will not be paying and your reasons etc...)
