There were two main bits that Richard has been arguing - the IPSOS report and the definition of average consumer...
Nice to see both of those arguments covered and backed up with sound reasoning. I must admit when I read the letters from Richard H's solicitors to the ASA ( he sent them in someones witness statement ) I was a bit confused as they seemed to back up our case rather than his... but there we go. Will have to dig them out later.#staysafestayhome

Magoo has just sent me a copy of her judgment ( took its time to arrive!) but the Judge has written the reasoning down so is quite a nice read (although the typo's are annoying)
