          Some really good news coming through which is wonderful to hear. Now quick question for my own case if RH doesn't pay the hearing fee which is due in couple of weeks will this mean the same that it is discountinued?! Just wondering as I would actually like to go on holidays during my court date so if he could drop it before hand bonus otherwise I will happily see him in court!

            I would write to him first to remind him that the court awarded you costs of £xxx and it was to be paid by xxx (7 days)- could he to pay by xxx to save further costs of £100 being added and the inconvenience of Bailiffs attending your office.               If he doesn't pay the hearing fee then the court can strike out the claim straightaway or give him a further 7 days to pay it. He is paying the hearing fee in most cases though, as he can get a refund from the court if he discontinues before 7 days of the hearing.

                            This'll be the first set aside hearing (which is to get the default judgment set aside so that she can defend the claim).

                              Does anyone have a copy of the terms and conditions that are presented to the people for them to agree to, prior to completing the online application and going to the payment page?

                              May have something of use that would throw Howards legal arguments up in the air, but i won't know for sure without seeing those terms and conditions first.

                                Think it doesn't quite work like that if you have read up on the cases then you will see no one gets to see much of anyhting until it's too late
