phone scam ?

My gand daughter rang a couple of places from her works pone but another no has come up, which looks like a scam if someone is rung from it,she doesnt know where this no has come from says she never rang it, why would she at work? but listed as a scam, it is 09838381958, the call cost £43-11p for 12 minutes, she cant prove it was her who rang this no as shes not the only person there , sometimes shs on her own but didnt ring this no, unless it was maybe listed as something else, its very worrying, she works for a chinese boss and im wondering if the boss has rung this no, but again a premium rate no doesnt make snse, has anyone any ide or rung or been rung by this no, i wonder if the telephone co cn see where it is to

I see no replies to my post ,but as it happens i have found out its a scam website, my grand daughter remembered that she rang HSBC at around the time on the phone bill, and thought it was a genuine no, not realising it would cost so much, i told her to ring the bank and tell them what happened and she had given her bank details, shes only young and didnt realise any bank wouldnt need to check her account etc
The bank has refunded her the £43-11p and sending her a new debit card
