  • Personal injury knee

hurt my knee requiring surgery, the case is still ongoing…but now my other knee (good knee)has started giving me problems,I know it’s because iv had to compensate my good knee from hobbling around on it for 2 years …
Iam afraid to go to my gp about it because if otherside /insurance see my good knee is giving problems, they will say It is arthritis and I would of had it in both knees anyway..
how will this effect my claim if I go to gp about my good knee giving problems??
    thanks

Your solicitor will most likely tell you that you will need a medical report.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
