  • Medical legal report

Is it possible to reject a medical legal report?
I had a report done by a consultant and he was not very nice,it was all over in 10mins.
well he finally decided to give the report,it was like a report from a defence side.
It had the wrong dates and even went as far as saying it was strange I had no bruising or swelling 7 days after the accident when I was seen by a specialist!(it was actually 50days after the accident!
I contacted the solicitor and they will send the points on to him,but I can’t see him changing anything.
my medical notes can verify everything.
So can I get someone else?
    thanks

This really is something you should be discussing with your solicitor.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
