    Hi,

I am in the process of pursuing a legal challenge against my PT and the Gym they operated from.

The gym owners are trying to state the PT's are 'theirs' on the their website, and even advertise each training wearing a branded 'uniform' on their site
making it pretty clear the PT's work for them, at least from an advertising perspective.

Now confronted wit a legal claim against them, they are stating the PT is self employed and not an employee of the gym, so effectively washing their hands of the
PT that caused my injury, however they have also presented a license showing the legal split of club and PT. Having reviewed this 'licence' however, it is both out of date re when the
injury occurred, but was also never signed by the PT, so completely unenforceable.

Does anyone have any advise or info regarding a situation like this, as it seems the gym are happy to 'up their game' but stating their employees etc but now faced with issues want to distance themselves as much as possible.

Anyone with any real knowledge of this subject I would appreciate your views.
