I got an invoice for charges sent to me for unsatisfactory repairs. (See previous thread).
I phoned to say i had had them rectified after the inspection, the guy logged the call and said someone would ring within 72 hours to discuss.
This was last week.
On Friday I recieved a letter here
This confused me with the fact it says the case is resolved?
So I rang them up friday and was told again someone would be ringing me.
Are Audi playing the game here?
