  • Voluntary Termination Viechle Damage - Letter RMS Recievables

    Hi All,

new here. I have searched the forums before asking a question but couldn't see anything that matches my situation perfectly so thought id ask for some help.

Please read the letter attached I have received from RMS Receivables.

    Background Info -

Wanted to volutary terminate the agreement so PSA finance sent me a letter. I signed and sent it back.
DMN Logistics came to pick the caar up on behalf of RMS Receivables. after 10 minutes they asked me to sign for something on the PDA. I asked what its for and they said for collection so signed it.
I haved since been informed they chap who initailly inspected the car noted down rear bumper scratch but failed to inform me at the time of signing. his words were its all fine will probabaly sit in an auction yard for months'

I have spoke with RMS and they have informed me the car has sold for £4850 at auction. As you read the letter you will see they are demanding payment for other things aswell non of which were pointed out to me at car collection. they have said they don't need to tell me when they collect the car.

They have said an inspection on thier site was carried out by an approved BVRLA inspector.

I have 5 days now to respond to them in writing why I don't see why I should pay for the charges. could anyone help me with a response based on my situation?

    Thanks
