Black Horse And VT Extra insurance payments

Could you help with the attached, I am being told that i owe £880 pounds in extra insurances(Gap,Extended Warranty). It tells me on the front of the agreement that if i pay over £9040.40 the i can VT the car. The lady i spoke to at Black Horse drew my attention to clause 11.1 and said that "everything was above board otherwise the fca would shut them down" . Is it correct that i owe this money if i wish to VT my car?

Did you get this matter sorted? I am curious what your result was. I am also in a similar situation, having to pay £268 for Gap Insurance, I can probably deal with paying that but wondering what your outcome was.
