Hi,
i handed my Corsa back about a few weeks ago and last week i got the letter to say it had been received and they want close to £800 for repairs - the car has went through auction so why am i being asked to pay for repairs
The charges are to replace to replace the tyre weld, a repair to the seat at over £240 which is just ridiculous the seat had the smallest mark on it and various other things off of which i disagree with, we signed to say we did not agree with the costs and this has been noted on the documents, Is there a template anywhere i can use to dispute the claims, They are not going to repair the car and it was all general wear and tear items which i believe is acceptable if you pay half of the agreement which i had.
Any help i s appreciated as i need to get the letter to them this week.
