Voluntary termination - what to expect

I am VT my finance with first response, I have called them and someone from an auction company are collecting the vehicle next week. The car is 8 years old and in 'ok' cosmetic condition. I've spent a lot of money on mechanic issues so it runs fine.

What do I expect when they pick it up? Do they inspect it then and if so do I sign anything? There were 2 scratches on the front bumper underneath when I got the car just under 2years ago. Will they try charge me for those?
