We have phoned Barclays Partner Finance to say that we're voluntarily terminating the PCP agreement on our car. We've received some paperwork but am aware we don't need to sign anything.
We've also sent them an email to notify again in writing. Today we phoned them to check they had received the email. The guy on the phone couldn't confirm because it's a different department which is fine. He then went on to say that they couldn't progress with the VT until we'd signed and returned the forms.
Knowing that I don't need to sign anything, how do we get the ball rolling? Do I send the forms back blank and remind them in a letter about the Consumer Credit Act?
Any help is much appreciated.
