I am going through a similar situation with MB now. Just got a call from them insisting that I pay the excess mileage as it's in the contract under Early Termination. I do not have my contract with me so I cannot check what it says, but will I have to pay excess mileage if it is in the contract?
When I terminated the agreement, I received a letter that I am no longer allowed to use the car. They checked the mileage before they collected the car. How would this stand up? It is only £170, but it's still money I'd rather spend on the kids.
