Malt, I've looked at some books and found this which explains that s.92(2) which relates to liability accrued before termination is only applicable to monthly arrears and not breach of the contract.
Only a photo picture copy but I'l scan in a proper version tomorrow. I can't see how they have an argument on that basis.
