Hiya, still ongoing. I exhausted Mercedes complaints procedure. Basically they wrote to me confirming that they refused to provide the information I had asked for. I said without it I couldn't make an informed choice on whether it was a valid invoice or not and confirmed my belief it wasnt under the CCA etc etc.
Now its with a debt collection agency who said they may have to recommend legal proceedings to the client (mercedes). I have suggested the expedite the matter and get on with it instead of wasting my time!
