CAr Repossessed this morning - URGENT HELP
Hi all, sorry to send another post on top of the one from yesterday. But at 7am an agent turned up at my house to take my car from a company called Anglia Recovery
He said he had a court order but it was just the original suspended return of goods order, not an enforcement order
I was pressured into giving the car back and now I am in a total mess, I rely on my car for work and will probably lose everything now
Can they do this? The court order was received late October even though the letter is dated mid September stating 1st payment was due October 1st and every month on the 1st thereafter. I paid 1st November and had planned to do similar 1st December
