Apply damp NI3 (link) to the tyres and let them dry overnight?

But don't try to blow up the exhaust pipe.

One of the simplest ways to make a mess of a motor-car, if parked outside without even a sheet over it, is to apply several slices of bread broken down into bite-sized bits for birds.

                  Or use bird seed.

It would soon have plenty of sheet over it!

He does have it covered when not in use/not here, but not very well, the tarp keeps on coming off, that will be a good time for some seed dont you think, or on second thoughts some bread for the gulls!

Those tyres look quite heavy duty - I would imagine they are quite expensive and difficult to replace. It's so annoying when you get a slow puncture if something sharp gets embedded in the treads.

I was thinking more about the way that bird claws would not enhance the paintwork. msl:

Jokes apart, you'd be better just reporting him (anonymously) when he next takes it onto an adopted road or the council car park.
