So the latest is that they will only want me to pay £7000 of the £11000 if I get another car with them on the stipulation that it's unregulated. So basically double the fun for them!

Interesting so they are offering an unregulated loan to you knowing that you do not intend using it for business, and inciting you to commit this fraud by offering you a discount ?

Hey, just to let you know they have agreed a much reduce settlement and a regulated finance agreement for further business.
