  • Can anyone answer this quickly please?

    Morning All,

I wonder if anyone can point me to the actual legislation that states the seller of a car must notify the DVLA of a change of registered keeper.

I know it is the law, I can find loads of references telling me it's the law, but I can't find what law it is.

    Any help much appreciated.

      Thanks Leclerc!

      I've found it:

The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 Part IV

It wasn't for me, it was for a client.
