  • Black horse vt form

    Hi Guys

I've bought cars over the years for a taxi work, and always did a VT and it's always been black horse finance, can't say I've had any problems, sent the vehicles back serviced in show room condition but high miles.

I bought a second hand vehicle 2 years ago 35k miles but it had very small marks on the body and 4 road wheels kerbed but not major,I did take photos at the time and a video showing the condition, so it will go back the way I bought it. But with 135k miles

But I've noticed for the first time it's saying you can do a VT if it wasn't for business use, I've never seen this before. So is there any court cases that have changed that? Or has it always been the case? I'm only checking as I need to call a get VY form filled out. ITS an HP agreement so excessive miles don't count unless they changed that.

Under CCA 74 sole traders, but not limited companies, are regarded as consumers (unlike CRA)
So if you are a sole trader you are entitled to vt under section 99 of CCA 74
