Hi, thanks for all your help previously.
I've recently done a volountry termination on a car that was on Hp with vw financial services.
The car was second hand when I bought it at 1 year old with a thousand miles on the clock.
I've had it myself then for 3 years on top so it was 4 years old.
It was in immaculate condition as I really looked after it.
Only thing bca found fault with was where you shut the doors in rear, the seat belts would sometimes get stuck and when kids got out they slam doors onto the seat belt buckle near seat door, this left a few paint marks scratched and tiny dent.
I've paid 6 months more than I should have, past the 50% requirement.
Can I argue to just take the money out of the 6 months I've paid extra or doesn't it work like that?
I can't find the template needed either to contest the charges they want so any help on this would be much appreciated thanks.
