  • Car good faith finance

    Hi all,

Purchased vehicle in good faith was not aware it's on finance..told the finance company the situation and after 6/7 weeks of chasing weeks they sent me the innocent purchaser form. Was told give us a couple days to get this sorted, waited around and now been told we have passed this onto our solicitors contact them directly as this has nothing to do with us anymore. Waited a further 2 weeks and there is no update with the solicitors either when I called them, anyone know what I can do? I'm pretty scared on why it's when to the solicitors in the first place as all the cases I have seen on here were solved directly with the finance company. The car has around 7 months or so finance remaining on there now. If anyone can offer advice that would be great, also Rob if you see this please help if possible as I know you give great advice.

This is your third thread on the same subject. It would be a lot easier if you were to confine your posts to the one thread.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
