    Good faith finance

    Hi,

    Purchased vehicle in good faith was not aware it's on finance..told the finance company the situation and after 6 weeks they sent me the innocent purchaser forum which I filled in and was told 7 days and I will have a reply. Had a reply today and been told it's sent to there solicitors to now deal with it. Anyone know why this would be? I've seen many people with same situation on here but not seen them going to the companies solicitors.

    The company probably wants legal advice.
