ok thanks. I have called Court in regard to hearing type, and they said this is a 'Small Claims Hearing'. Not a Preliminary or Final hearing.

Court hearing has taken place. The seller did not turn up.
Judge asked for a brief explanation of what has happened. Then he gave the judgement in my favour. Seller has to return all the money and then collect the car. They have been given 14 days to do this.

Due to the consistent time wasting, It is clear that the seller won't do this so I need to get the ball rolling on the next steps. I believe that is to get a bailiff involved.

Hi All, Within the Small Claims track, within the Enforcing a Judgement 'Warrant of Control' (Sending Baillifs to collect payment) it states that I can only apply if claiming maximum £5000. But money owed to me is a lot higher. I don't see any options within the Gov website?

You need to apply to the High Court using form N293A for a writ of control I think the fee is £66
