Hi everyone looking for a bit of advice.
I purchased a car about a year ago from my local BMW dealership, It was a brand new vehicle but there was some damage to the car due to the transportation team. Apparently the transport team admitted it was their mistake and that they would get the authorisation from Head office and I will replacement parts for the damage.
Fast forward over 12 months and I have been constantly trying to get this sorted. Car has gone in multiple times due to other reasons and been told it would get sorted while in there to then get told that head office still have not authorised it.
I have opened a complaint with my local dealership who are stating they are still awaiting outcome.
I have opened a complaint with head office who initially wanted to help but now are not answering my calls and not calling back etc.
I am wondering what options are? I think getting a solicitor involved is the best course of action but wondered if I can avoid that?
Thanks!
