    Hired a car from Green Motors Liverpool

    Due to train cancellations, I arrived there dead on 5pm after spending a fortune on taxi in between to make I meet them, I called them and kept the in the loop about my journey.

    I'm happy they charge extra £75 they called out of hour. It took about 10 mins when I got there because I did all verification and submission of documents online a day before.

    Any assistance on how I can challenge this will be appreciated.

    I paid with credit card.
