  • Mileage blocker on car I got with HP

Hi I have a car on HO which I bought in March .Iv had some issues so got my car checked over .it turns out there was a mileage blocker on the car and car shows 30,000 km ( I’m in U.K. but machine shows km as VW ) also the seat belt pre tensioners are disabled and Iv been advised that’s a sign of a crashed car . I paid 9000 deposit and hp for 16,000.
the garage refuted my claim so I send the diagnostic reports to show our findings .they said they would get back to me but have not .I have emailed again but no reply .as the car is the finance companies until I pay off the HP what do I do ? I do NOT want this vehicle .it was my pride and joy I’m devistated

Having a 'sign of a crashed car' is not the same as knowing that you have a crashed car. You need evidence.

Using a mileage blocker whilst on the public higfhway is illegal.
Have you contacted the previous owner to ask about it?
Did you have an HPI check prior to purchase?
