VT and lockdown?

Hi guys, so in a couple of weeks I am going to be VT my skoda Kodiaq I am just wondering with the fact we may be going into another lockdown, will this have any effect on my VT? I am not quite at 50 percent but am going to pay up to reach that mark?

Also as soon as I send my VT is that when I have to stop using the car?

And finally the template letter on the pdf is a letter for HP and not VT is it all the same thing or do I need a different letter.
