  • VT help and advice pls

Hi there I am wanting to VT on my skoda kodiaq (vwfs), as of next week I will be one payment away from 50% so I was just going to ring up and make the payment to take me over that 50% and then send my VT letter, can you tell me would this be the best thing to do?

I have spoken too them before to get figure amounts and they mentioned that they would have to send me a vt pack which I have to sign and send back. Do I have to do this or is it true I don't have to sign anything?

When I purchased the car I also got gap insurance and scratch protection will this also be part of the VT?

I am so scared of doing this wrong as I can't have it affect credit score in any way, as I am in the process of applying for a mortgage and don't want to mess that up

Many thanks for your time and your help is greatly appreciated

You can send the VT letter which you eventually got from the site and make up the 50% afterwards. You do not have to return their signed pack, indeed it is not recommended. The amount you need to reach 50% should be shown on your contract
