Hi all, only recently discovered this forum so have already initiated the VT process and car has been collected.
Got the BMW on PCP in July 2017 and was due to run until June 2021. Given the car has barely moved during lockdown I phoned Alphera and requested the figure to terminate early. They gave me a VT of just over £600 and their assessor said damage was just over £300 which I agreed to. They then sent me an invoice in excess of £900 for pro-rated excess mileage.
Should I just use R0b template letter from the VT guide for excess mileage or is there anything I should do before that?
Thanks, XJR
