Hello,
I recently exercised my right to terminate my agreement with Black Horse and have received paperwork from them for the return of the vehicle. One of the items, Section A requests some details from me as to whether I am going to deliver the car or have it picked up, together with mileage, tax, mot questions etc. My concern is that this document has a signature request, but in bold one of the statements is that 'i understand that i may have additional liability if I have not taken reasonable care of the goods and the resale price is adversely affected'. This seems a very generic statement which I'm nervous about agreeing to, in case they throw some ridiculous additional liability at me.
My reason for terminating is because i was diagnosed with cancer in April and after a long lay off have to work from home, thereby losing approximately £500 a month in income. This is both health and financially related.
Do I sign this form or not?
