Can anybody help shed light on this letter I received, in my previous vt I sent a letter to them then they collected and nothing else was said, not trying to vt with black horse they are asking for a payment for collecting the car, I really don’t want to sign their letter.
should I just attach my own letter and not sign theirs?
    thanks

So if you sent your own VT letter and it was collected, why do you need to sign this? It's a bit late for that and also has some additional things in there that goes beyond your duties under the CCA 1974.
