They ignored my letter! My husband phoned to pay the last payment and negotiated with them re the £275 charges. Initially they wanted to knock off £45 - £75 was agreed in the end.

His last words were "Oh by the way, my wife will see you in court for the £200 charges we have just paid you with 8% interest!"
