  • Voluntary Surrender - FCA Automotive (under 50% in financial dificulties)

    Good Morning,

I have a vehicle on a motor balloon lease from FCA, I have not yet paid over 50% but my business has gone bust and I am now on universal credit. If i had the spare £600 I would be declaring myself bankrupt, I have looked at charitable funds etc to help with this but I am not eligible for the schemes available in my area.

My question is where do I stand calling FCA and asking them to collect the car in order to reduce their risk but knowing full well that I am unable to then pay any invoice they send to me to cover the gap in the loan.
