VT with Ford

Has anyone done a VT with Ford and been over on the mileage? The termination wording refers to you being liable for the excess mileage so does that mean we will have to pay it when we VT as others have mentioned you don’t have to pay the excess mileage. However as it’s specifically stated in their wording will we have to pay it?

is it on hp or pcp.... the wording probably refers to a pcp
