As above, has anyone sucessfully emailed Ford Credit/FCE bank regarding VT and actually received a reply.
I can't source a reliable email address online other than vague customer service ones which I just know will get lost, asking Ford via Twitter & Facebook just illicites stock responses, no email address we can supply and simply a link to a useless contact form which so far hasn't responded (4 days - I realise they will of course be busy)
No point hanging on the phone for hours and I am struggling to get to a post office to send a recorded letter for next few days with all that's going on so wanted to fire in my email and attachments in advance of sending by mail.
Anybody had any joy and could share?* Much Appreciated! Andy.
