  • VT with Mini FS, Raised with FOS but Mini Financethreatening with debt collectors

    Hi all,
I've recently VT'd my PCP agreement with Mini FS and have disputed the excess mileage charges via the excellent letter templates made available here. Following this, MINI FS have stated that they have issued their final correspondence on the matter and it should be referred to the FOS.I've since done this. However, MINI FS are adding interest to the disputed additional mileage charges and are not threatening with a debt collection company (i have a letter from the company). Are they within their rights to do this even though these charges are in dispute? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Ive never come across a company so devoid of humanity as BMW financial services. They should not be pursing this debt while it is in the hands of the FOS, this is clear.
