Hello all,
Im new to this and not fully clued up so apologises.*
Im currently on PCP with a polo and I’m looking at my options. I’ve paid half the value of the total amount payable and now I want out of this agreement.*
My contract is over 4 years and 15k miles per year. Im currently 2.5 years in. I’ve done 50k miles so far.*
I rang up VWFS about info on VT the agreement and she said I should be upto 37k miles now.*
If I VT my agreement as stands. Will I be charged for going over my mileage even though I haven’t fully gone over my agreed mileage for the full contract?*
Or would it be best avoiding all this situation and sell the car and deal with the shortfall myself to terminate the agreement?*
