Voluntary Termination

Hi, I'm a newbie here so please be gentle.

I have voluntarily terminated my vehicle and they're due to pick it up at 7am this Thursday but I was wondering what the process was when they arrive? Does it take long? I'm a little nervous.

I am yet to have my vehicle collected so cannot comment on the actual process but i would imagine you need to stick to them like glue to make sure no damage or anything untoward happens.*

Id be taking loads of photos beforehand to document. I downloaded a time stamping app from the App Store too. That could help if there is a dispute.*


Otherwise the only other thing I've read about is to make sure you politely decline to sign any report or collection document as to avoid any possible liability in the future.
