Hi all,
I wondering if you could kindly offer some advice please.
I exercised my right to commence a voluntary termination on Saturday last week and have since heard from Money Barn to confirm this has been processed and subsequently from British Car Auctions (BCA) whom have booked in with me that my car is going to be picked up next Tuesday after inspection. The reasons are due to falling behind in payments and not being able to continue paying for the car.
I first entered the agreement in May 2017, however I haven’t been able to service it since then and thus I am worried that they will charge me a lot of money due to this? The car has always been taken to a garage for repairs, mot’s and maintenance, however I don’t have any documentation showing an official service. There is no service light on the car currently (no warning lights in fact) and the car is working perfectly and kept in a good condition I feel.
Does anyone have any experience with not having service history when VT’ing the car back to Money barn?
To note that when I received the car from the Fiat dealer, it never had any service history on there either.
Really worried! Any help or advice would be great.
