so, I had a static caravan financed by Barclays partner finance and have paid over half off so decided to do a VT after unsuccessfully trying to sell the caravan.
i posted the template letter from this website to them on 24th August and didn’t hear anything from them.
i rang them on 16th September and was told they had received my VT on 2nd August (not sure why it took so long for them to receive it?!) and that a reply letter and forms for me to sign were sent to me on 11th September.
as of today I still have not received any paper work from them at all. I emailed them at the address the agent gave to me on the telephone on 22nd September to say that I have since found out I do not have to continue making monthly payments and I do not have to sign any paperwork they send me as it is not a legal requirement.
I still have not had a response. I have cancelled my direct debit even though the agent told me it would affect my credit if I did as it would show up as a missed payment.
What can I do if they continue to ignore my letters and emails?
