Motonovo...No itamised invoice

I followed the termination to the letter as I had paid over 60% of my finance. MN took my car and then sent me a bill for Ł550 and said if it was not paid in 14 days it would be passed on to a debt collecting agency

I sent a recorded delivery letter from here asking for a breakdown. I have a copy and receipt. No reply from them then a letter from.a debt collecting agency to say they are looking for the money.

motonovo never gave me the breakdown so what do I do now.

any advice is appreciated

Go back and ask for a breakdown.
