Voluntary termination: What should I do next?

Okay, so I've sent the letter, my car has been picked up.
I've noticed today that the car has appeared on the auction website.

When will I receive notice the termination is now complete?
Do I have to ring the finance co. to ask?

The damage assessment listed 4 minor things and it scored a Grade 2.
I noticed there were no costs underneath the damage assessment pictures like I have seen on some reports I've seen on here.
