hi R0b I’m in a similar position to many who have posted regarding VT with BMW FS and a subsequent claim that I’m now in “arrears” as a result of excess mileage. It’s the usual story of logging late payments with credit agencies and adding interest to the “arrears”.
I note in a previous post your view was that this is likely to continue until someone challenges BMW in court. Most of us are put off by the cost of this but you also suggested a Crowdfunding approach which I would be interested in looking into in more detail. Would you have any idea (ballpark) what sort of funding would be needed to take this forward and how easy it would be to get the legal support that would be required?
