Good Evening,
I am 2-3 months into a finance agreement with Volkswagen.
Due to unforeseen financial difficulties I now want to give the car back and cancel the PCP finance agreement.
I understand that this is possible within 14days or after paying 50% of the PCP - but is it possible sooner?
I have attached the cancellation section of the agreement.
If cancelling is not possible, is it possible to say...take out a loan / car finance and pay the car off?
At least then I would not have the absurd interest rates and balloon 'optional' payment.
