  • VT - Non dealer service

    Hi all,

I have a question about VTing my Audi.

I'm 3 years into a PCP with VWFS and am looking to pay the remaining 50% as a lump sum to VT the car.

My concern is, I didn't get the one service the car notified me of with Audi. I begruged spending the £400-500 with Audi, so went with a local garage to get the service done. I'm now worried Audi will try charging me for not servicing the car 'correctly' as per their manufacturers recomendations.. The service was as per the service schedule, and I have the service sheet detailing the work done.

I understand that they will probably try to charge me for the depreciation this non dealer service 'caused' but as this is a VT, not end of contract, can they enforce any extra charges on me?

Also, is it worth getting any minor chips and scuffed alloys repaired before they take it away? I'm willing to do this, but is it worthwhile doing?

Any advise on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
