Hi, I’m looking for advice on where to go next. Having VTA’d we were presented with a bill for nearly £2k (half excess mileage half damage). I indicated on the form presented to me by the assessor that I did not agree with the assessment and that any damage was wear and tear. Nearly 3 months later the bill appeared. Using the example letters on the forum I wrote to the finance company. They wrote back to offer a goodwill reduction of £500. Not sure where to go with this now and any advice would be gratefully received.
